TWO GIRLS WHO LOVE FLOWERS AND HATE GATEKEEPING
We're Johannah of Vita Fiori and Andrea of De La Flor Studio & Co., wedding florists, business owners, creative thinkers, and best friends. We have each built experience designing weddings, managing teams, creating large-scale installations, and navigating the business side of floristry.
We believe in sharing what we know, talking about the sticky stuff, skipping the gatekeeping, and making room for more people to succeed. This workshop is an extension of that belief: a chance to learn together, make beautiful things, talk about the realities of this industry, and leave feeling a little more inspired and a lot less alone.

Installation Class
Join us at 10 AM for a three-hour, hands-on installation workshop featuring four unique designs to choose from. Work in small groups of no more than four, guided by two hands-on instructors, as you learn large-scale installation mechanics, structural design techniques, and how to keep your flowers hydrated, secure, and standing beautifully. A professional photographer will capture behind-the-scenes moments and finished installations for your portfolio.
Business Class
Join us at 1pm for a 90 minute deep dive into the business of flowers, covering pricing, profit, marketing, and the behind-the-scenes decisions that go into running a successful floral company. We'll break down the pricing and recipes behind the actual installations happening throughout the workshop, so you can understand the numbers behind the designs. We'll also welcome a guest speaker specializing in brand management and graphic design to share insights on building a thoughtful, recognizable brand.
Business x Installation: Full Day Experience
Join us for the full day and experience both classes. You'll have the opportunity to get hands-on with large-scale installations in the morning, then sit down with us in the afternoon to break down the actual pricing, recipes, and numbers behind the designs you just created. It's a chance to understand not only how the work comes together, but how to price it, plan it, and build a profitable business around it.
