Vita Fiori Styled Shoot at Grove Station

Please carefully read and accept the following terms and conditions before purchasing a ticket for the styled shoot event hosted by Vita Fiori at Grove Station. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

• Ticket Purchase:

  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, changes in circumstances, or unforeseen events.

• Event Participation:

  • Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vita Fiori reserves the right to deny entry to any individual without a valid ticket.

• Photography and Videography:

  • All photographers and videographers participating in the styled shoot event must agree to share the completed galleries with Grove Station and Vita Fiori.
  • Vita Fiori and Grove Station reserve the right to use the event photos and videos for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials.

• Cancellation or Modification of Event:

  • Vita Fiori reserves the right to cancel or modify the styled shoot event at any time for reasons including but not limited to inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances, or insufficient ticket sales. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a rescheduled event date or a refund (if applicable) will be offered.

• Code of Conduct:

  • All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the styled shoot event.
  • Participants must adhere to any rules or guidelines provided by Vita Fiori or Grove Station to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

• Liability:

  • Vita Fiori and Grove Station are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to equipment during the styled shoot event. Participants attend the event at their own risk.

• Indemnification:

  • Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vita Fiori and Grove Station from any claims, liabilities, or costs arising from their participation in the styled shoot event.

• Privacy:

  • Participant contact information may be used for event-related communications, but will not be shared with third parties without consent.

By purchasing a ticket for the Vita Fiori Styled Shoot at Grove Station, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
